Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify:
Item must be unused and unworn
Item must be in original condition
Tags and packaging must remain intact
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or made-to-order pieces
Worn, washed, or altered items
Sale or discounted items
Accessories where hygiene concerns apply
Exchange Process
If you need a different size or received a defective item, contact our support team before returning the product.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Fabric of Tomorrow.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
